Live! at the Brooks Music Series

Oceanside Theatre Company (OTC) and Six String Society present a new music series, āLive! at the Brooks,ā featuring an eclectic series of nine concerts throughout 2023 at the historic Brooks Theater in downtown Oceanside. With local and national acts ranging from blues to jazz, from soul to gospel, and rock to hip-hop, this enthralling musical collaboration promises to surprise and delight a variety of audiences.
āOver the past several years, we have put on some fantastic Six String Society shows in this historic theater in downtown Oceanside,ā said producer Kenneth Rexrode. āItās a great venue with a large theater-style stage, yet it remains very intimate as well. We are 100% committed to bringing in some exciting local, national, and even international acts to the OTC music series which will commence in mid-January.ā
Oceanside Theatre Company has worked with Kenneth Rexrode and Six String Society since 2016.
āItās a great opportunity for the Brooks to consistently host more eclectic offerings for the community and continue to fill the theater with a wide range of music-loving patrons. Ken has done a tremendous job establishing his brand with music makers and music lovers throughout the region, and we are thrilled to play host to all of the incredible artists that he has planned for our 2023 Season.ā
The OTC Music Series showcases local, national, and international musical artists, offering quality concert entertainment to residents and tourists in North San Diego County.Ā Concert goers are invited to arrive early for Happy Hour featuring snacks, drink specials and pre-show entertainment in the theatre lobby. As always, The Gallery at the Brooks offers an additional, visual sensory experience for show patrons.

From January through March 2026, our bathrooms and Studio 219 will be under construction as we work to enhance your theater experience. We appreciate your patience and understandingĀ as we make these exciting improvements.
