Vinyasa Yoga Classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays
8:15-9:15 AM

A vinyasa yoga class that flows from one posture to another at a mindful pace. The primary focus of this class is to strengthen technique and alignment. Building from the ground up, this class was created to strengthen your foundation and give you all the right tools to take your practice to the next level!

Instructor: Beatrice Crosbie
A Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Beatrice began her yoga journey in 2009. Since then, she has been a student in many cities and countries around the world, including the Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She decided to deepen her practice and expand into teaching in 2018 with her RYT 200hr at Yoga One in Downtown San Diego. Beatrice focuses on the connection between breath and movement, cultivating higher body awareness and presence. She provides space for playful exploration of the poses, while encouraging the letting go of perfection.
