Stages Apprenticeship Program
A New Workforce Development Program Offering Local College Students
Hands-On Experience in Professional Theatre
In 2025, Oceanside Theatre Company created the STAGES Apprenticeship Program, in partnership with MiraCosta College, Palomar College, and California State University San Marcos (CSUSM). The STAGES Apprenticeship offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional theatre production while earning academic credit.
Through the program, students have the opportunity to contribute in various roles, including performing, technical positions, marketing and more, working alongside professionals as part of OTC’s commitment to supporting the next generation of theatre professionals.
