Join us for our latest exhibit, The Light Inside Us, on December 12, from 5:30–8 pm at the Brooks Theater Gallery. This special exhibit explores the resilient, luminous core of the human spirit — the parts of us that continue to hope, connect, imagine, and love even in the face of difficulty. Meet the artists, explore the stories behind their work, and see how their dreams—once just a thought—have come to life. Enjoy light refreshments, ambient music, watch a guest artist at work, and connect with fellow art lovers, neighbors, and creatives. All are welcome!

Artist Open House: Fiber Art

Experience the beauty of Fiber Art at the Brooks Theater Gallery (217 N. Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA). This exhibit honors traditions passed down through generations — preserving stories, rituals, and techniques that might otherwise have been forgotten. Meet the artists, discover the meaning behind their work, and see how these timeless crafts continue to inspire creativity today. Enjoy light refreshments, ambient music, and connect with fellow art lovers, neighbors, and creatives. All are welcome!

Taste of Oceanside

OTC at the Brooks will be participating in Mainstreet Oceanside’s Taste of Oceanside! Explore downtown Oceanside on foot or hop on the free ‘Taste Trolley’ to taste and sip their way through Oceanside’s exciting food and brew scene. For those 21 and older, the food and beverage combo ticket offers the chance to sample sips from the community’s vibrant craft breweries and wineries at participating stores and offices. With only 1,200 tickets available and the event selling out three years in a row, early ticket purchase is highly recommended.
